We take great pride in our suites. Unlike many other furnished suites you will find, we provide quality furnishings and tasteful decor. Every suite is stocked with a nice big T.V., DVD, stereo, linen, cookware, cutlery and microwave. All suites also have balconies. Some units also have a BBQ, satellite, dishwasher and in suite washer/dryer. Not all suites have everything, so if something is important to you please let us know ahead of time so we can try to service you better. Parking is usually available upon request but is not free. There are two fully functional laundry rooms in the building. We can also provide a cleaning service for a fee. We don’t require a lease, but do require a month’s notice. Damage deposits will not be returned to those who don’t give proper notice. We are also a pet friendly building, and are close to lots of parks. We provide accommodation daily, weekly, and monthly.
